The Montgomery County Spay Neuter Alliance began in 2025 as a way for local Non-Profit Animal Rescue Groups to come together and be involved in Spay Neuter Programs. LSAWL is proud to be a part of such a great group of like-minded individuals. The following seven (7) groups support a minimum of one event per month and try to stop the homeless pet population at the beginning of the cycle:
